Our Interview Process
Should what you have seen on our career site interest you, then we would like to hear from you. Our process is both simple and straight-forward, there are a couple of ways in which you can apply to join our team.
Our recruitment is fully electronic and so we would like you to apply via our career site, Paper copies of your CV’s are not accepted. If you see a vacancy that is right for you, you will be able to select this vacancy and apply, following our application process. Don’t worry, if there are not currently any vacancies listed that suit your skills and ambitions, you are able to register your interest in any up and coming vacancies we may have across our group. When there is a match, we will be in contact with you to discuss your application. Please do remember to keep checking our website for the most up to date roles that interest you. Assessments
You may find that at the time of applying for a role, we do not have a vacancy that fits your skills and attributes, if this is the case and you would like the opportunity to work within our group, you can upload your CV and complete the application process.
Online Presentation
Some times we may ask you to complete a pre recorded presentation, during this we will send login details and a couple of questions for you to answer in the comfort of your own home.
Sim Tests
If you are applying for a role as a pilot with us, we may ask you to demonstrate your abilities in an aircraft simulator. This will enable us to assess your skills safely on the ground.
Personality Profiles
Dependent upon your role and location we may ask you to complete a personality profile, this will be shared with you and discussed during the interview process, it will be used to support the recruitment process.
Technical Assessments
These are used to help you to demonstrate your skills and abilities for technical roles within our company. These assessments may take place prior or during your interview.
Interviews
As we are a global Company, getting everyone in the same room at the same time, including yourself can sometimes be challenge, therefore we have adapted our interview process to accommodate varying interview styles, to enable us to get the best from you and the process. Some of the different ways we can interview are shown below.
Video
We may ask you to do a recorded interview, this is where we would ask you to answer some questions while being recorded. This will be dependent upon your role and location.
Telephone
This is a very informal stage and will usually last approximately 30 minutes. The call will be to get to know you a little better, discuss areas of your CV, the role and see if we are a ‘fit for each other.
Video Conference
Sometimes, due to differing locations, we will be able to offer a skype video interview. This will allow us to connect through both visual and audio, just like being in a face to face interview.
Face to Face
This is what we enjoy the most, meeting you and finding out all about your skills, ambitions and experience. We also want to get to know you and see what makes you tick so be sure to share!
