ExecuJet Middle East, part of the Luxaviation Group, is to open a new FBO at Al Maktoum International Airport (OMDW) in Dubai, UAE, in the second half of this year.
“We are going with the beginning of the fourth quarter at the very latest,” Dumani Ndebele, regional FBO director, told AIN.
The facility will have a presidential suite and a spa, as well as 6,000 sq m of hangarage for aircraft parking. ExecuJet MRO, a unit of Dassault Aviation, will run two-thirds of the site, or around 16,000 sq m of hangar space, primarily for Dassault, Bombardier, and Embraer business jets. Dassault acquired ExecuJet’s MRO business in 2019.
